|Recommended: YesNice nice nice — Rent is insanely high but the place is very boujee and nice. Love the patio and the height of the ceilings.
|Recommended: YesIt's very nice but there are some weird design flaws — It can be really loud because of the high ceilings and wood floors, obviously that is an asset too and adds to the niceness of the apartment. We only hear our upstairs neighbors because they have a dog who likes to roll his ball around the apartment which can be very loud. We don't hear our next door neighbors at all. The screen door to the balcony is not a sliding door which makes it awkward to get out there.
|Recommended: YesLoud, friendly staff, great parking — The apartment above is loud. Staff are helpful and friendly. The services here are great, like parking and laundry.
|Recommended: YesVery welcoming — Keystone is in a great residential area, and is very quiet. The parking availability has been great so far. However, the maintenance staff took a long time to fix the dishwasher. My apartment was also very dirty, especially the shower, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Property staff are very helpful.
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartments in an overall quiet building — Very peaceful and quiet with nice living arrangements. Only downside is no gym but it does not take away from the overall living experience.
|Recommended: YesI love the view, location, and overall look of the building my unit. Great style, but has some serious craftsmanship issues especially with the windows and patio doors . — It's quiet, convenient, and pretty. The staff is friendly and helpful. The windows and doors have been a constant problem for me in both units that I have lived in. The laundry situation can be frustrating only 5 washers and dryers for the entire building . The building is very pet friendly, but it leads to messes in the common areas that are not cleaned up as quickly as they should be. The halls are vacuumed once a week, the grounds are well maintained, and in general it is a clean community depending on the year tenants . The temperature-controlled garage is a nice amenity, but is getting really dirty and could be better maintained.
|Recommended: YesNew to the Keystone — The Keystone is very nice and all the staff are friendly and ready to help
|Recommended: YesPleasant experience — This was the nicest experience I've ever had renting an apartment. After living here for two years, I really have no complaints and I know that I will definitely miss this place now that I'm leaving Madison I especially love how welcoming they have been to everyone's pets.
|Recommended: YesLiving here is great — It's close to campus, and the price is pretty good given the space and environment here. We lived in a townhouse, and the price per capita is way cheaper than other properties, and we have too much space to play.
|Recommended: YesGreat location and neighbors — I have loved living at the Keystone building so far. The staff are friendly, the building is in great shape and kept clean as well as having really nice residents and love the neighborhood. Only wishlist item s I'd have is wishing there were common space options available or a gym.
|Recommended: NoCommunication is a huge issue — I would tell them that the staff makes promises that they never follow through with. I would also tell them that they try to hide changes while moving quickly to get you to resign leases.
|Recommended: YesOverall, I'm happy to live here — Keystone is in a great location, and our neighbors are for the most part friendly and quiet though our upstairs neighbors were quite loud when we first moved in . We had some problems with our heat at the beginning of the cold season, but maintenance took a lot of time to make sure it was up and running as quickly as possible, so we were very happy with their attention. Overall, I'm glad we chose to live at Keystone. It's very nice and well-kept compared to many of the other houses and apartments I've seen in the area.
|Recommended: YesI think Keystone could provide more for the price I am paying, like a gym. — I would tell them that there are many dogs around, so beware if they're not dog friendly. I would also tell them to really explore the area before signing the lease at Keystone because while the apartment itself is very modern, a few things are missing such as enough storage space in the bathroom, bathtubs in most apartments instead of standing showers, closet space, and on-site fitness center or at least a room with some equipment .
|Recommended: YesI like the property a lot — It is very quite and not a busy place to live. It has good side bonuses like parking etc.
|Recommended: YesKeystone is great — Overall this is a wonderful apartment - the parking is great and the unit is lovely. We really feel right at home here and are thrilled with how close it is to all the things - school, work, restaurants, shopping - we need Minor drawbacks are noise issues --it is very apparent when the folks who live above us are walking about, and the animals next door are easily heard-- but so long as you understand that yes, other people live in this building too, it's a great place.
